Hi, I'm Kara.
 
I'm an actor and singer-songwriter based in New York. You can catch me in the recurring role of Chloe on Chuck Lorre's hit show "Georgie and Mandy's First Marriage" on CBS and Paramount+. On stage, I was last seen performing Off-Broadway in the new musical, Islander.  In December 2022, I released by debut folk album, "Something Blue", which can be found on all music streaming platforms. I look forward to releasing my latest EP in 2025.

I've workshopped plays with Manhattan Theatre Club, Goodspeed Musicals, The Mercury Store, and Musical Theatre Factory among others.  In 2019,  I was selected to receive the Roger Sturtevant Award through Actors' Equity Foundation for displaying excellence in the field of Musical Theater as an Equity Membership Candidate.​

I'm a proud graduate of The Boston Conservatory with a BFA in Musical Theater and a concentration in Devised Theater and Songwriting. I went on to receive Meisner-based training for two years at The William Esper Studio of Acting under instructor, Bruce McCarty.
